Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mead Fluid Dynamics HD1-250X5-FB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metrix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Minebea product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrix such as the 5550123010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QPX2C manufactured by Metso and we are pleased to be able to service most Metso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMM12T by Manufacturer Minebea as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micro-Industries Brand 177284 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microsemi such as LXMG16431262 equipment made by Microsemi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microsemi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microsemi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BTL5A11M750PS32 made by Micropulse as well as the popular 7111053 original spares produced by Micro-Epsilon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10488 by Miller-Fluid-Power and LXMG16431262 spares by Microsemi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
